We meet every second Thursday from 6-9pm. The group is not facilitated. Focus is on issues men are dealing with in the moment. Emotionally based dialogue. No politics, religion, or distractions. Group has been meeting for 30 years.

We meet every second Wednesday night. There is a core group of 6, plus some semi regular attendees. We use the guide from www.mensgroup.info. Our group is an important and special thing to all the men involved.
5 to 7 in a group. One full group (Wed.6:30) and two with openings Mon 4 to 6 or Mon 6 to 8:30. Structure is borrowed from Native American traditions and those developed over 30 years of practice.
